Terms of Use for Design Collaborations
1. Permitted Use
Designs from my collaborations may be used for personal and small business physical products such as:Sublimated apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.)Stickers, prints, and other handcrafted itemsTumblers, mugs, and other drinkwareYou must be the one creating the physical product.
2. Prohibited Use
No Digital Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, share, trade, or distribute the digital files in any form. No Print-on-Demand (POD): Designs may not be uploaded to POD sites (e.g., Redbubble, TeeSpring, Amazon Merch, Printify).No Alterations for Digital Redistribution: Designs may not be altered or used to create new digital designs for sale. No Mass Production: These designs are intended for small business use only, not for large-scale manufacturing. No Fabric or Supply Printing: You may not send designs to fabric shops or third-party printers for resale purposes.
3. Customization & Modifications
Designs may not be altered, recolored, or changed in any way.If you need a customization request, please contact both collaborating designers for approval.
4. Download & Storage Responsibility
You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files.If access to the files is through a Google Drive link, it is your responsibility to download and back up the files regularly.
5. Copyright & Enforcement
All designs remain the intellectual property of the collaborating designers.Anyone caught violating these terms (sharing, redistributing, or selling unauthorized files) will have purchase access revoked without a refund.
By purchasing or downloading any collab designs, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in legal actionand revocation of access.
