Custom Digital Design

- You will receive a PNG File. No physical product will be shipped to you.
- Files are 300dpi and are sent as finished files and are not for editing.
- This is NOT an SVG file and cannot be used as one.
- Important Note: Please make sure you have the required software and knowledge to use this graphic before making you purchase. I do not offer refunds for digital downloads.

BEFORE PURCHASING, please send me an email (sara@gracefullyrusticdesigns.com) with your design request so that we make sure I can meet your design needs and complete it in the timeframe needed.

I have special pricing for bundles of exclusive designs. Please email me!

Types of Designs:

• Custom (non-exclusive) Design = I will still hold the rights to reuse and resell this design. I will provide you 14 days lead time. If you want full exclusive rights, you will need to purchase a Custom Exclusive Design.
• Custom Semi-exclusive = You or your shop will have exclusive rights to this design for 6 months. After the 6 months time, I will then have the right to list the digitals for others to purchase. Anytime before the 6 months is over, you may request to pay a one time fee of $25 to make the semi-exclusive design into a exclusive design. 
• Custom Exclusive = You will be the only person/business to own this design and use it. 

**YOU CANNOT PURCHASE A LOGO WITH THIS LISTING. YOU MUST PURCHASE A LOGO BY CLICKING HERE.

All custom designs give you:

• Printing rights which allow you to send your custom to a 3rd party printer to have prints made!
• I do have recommend DTF printers but you can use any printer that you trust or have a rapport with!

Custom Designs do not give you rights to sell the design as your own or claim that you made it!

Turnaround Time for 1 custom design is 7-14 business days but depending on complexity can take longer. PLEASE email me before purchasing.

🔔TERMS of USE:
Please use any of my files for personal or commercial use. Please don't share the files with friends or other sites. You are permitted to use these designs on your own and product that you sell (e.g. shirts, mugs, bags, signs, etc.), but you may not sell these designs in any digital form, nor may they be used as a part of a new or different design that will be sold in digital form.

However, if you do have any issues with your download or your file, please do reach out to me and I shall do everything to make it right.
